Description

A creamy and crunchy salad featuring strawberries, cream cheese, and pretzels, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 cup pretzels (chopped)
  • ½ cup pecans (chopped)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 23 cups strawberries (diced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash, dry, and dice the strawberries, setting aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped pretzels, pecans, melted butter, and brown sugar. Toss until fully coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 7–9 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  5. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped topping, then add diced strawberries and the cooled pretzel mixture, being careful not to crush the fruit.
  7. Serve immediately or chill for an hour before serving.

Notes

Make the crunch mixture a day in advance for best results. Avoid overbaking the pretzel mix to prevent bitterness.
