Description

Ingredients

  • Frozen dumplings
  • Instant ramen noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and carefully add the eggs; cook for 6 to 7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice water bath to cool before peeling and halving them.
  3. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil; bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add frozen dumplings to the simmering broth; cook for 8 to 10 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add instant ramen noodles and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
  6. Add fresh spinach to the broth and let it wilt for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Divide noodles, dumplings, and spinach into serving bowls, ladle hot broth over them, and top with halved soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.
