- 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and carefully add the eggs; cook for 6 to 7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
- Transfer eggs to an ice water bath to cool before peeling and halving them.
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add frozen dumplings to the simmering broth; cook for 8 to 10 minutes until heated through.
- Add instant ramen noodles and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
- Add fresh spinach to the broth and let it wilt for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Divide noodles, dumplings, and spinach into serving bowls, ladle hot broth over them, and top with halved soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.
