- ½ cup mini Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Crush the cookies: Place Oreo cookies into the food processor and pulse until they resemble fine crumbs.
- Make the cream cheese mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Prepare the pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk for about 2 minutes.
- Combine the filling: Gently add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture, beating until well blended before folding in the whipped topping.
- Assemble the casserole: Spread half of the crushed Oreo crumbs in the bottom of a 9×13-inch casserole dish, then layer with the creamy filling.
- Add the final cookie layer: Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreo crumbs on top.
- Decorate: Finish with pastel candy-coated chocolates and mini Oreo cookies.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
