Description

Deliciously rich and buttery Easter Egg Blondies filled with colorful M&M’s, perfect for celebrating the festive season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick, melted)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1 cup M&M’s Milk Chocolate Eggs (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the baking pan by lining an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spraying it with cooking spray.
  3. Melt the butter in a large microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute until fully melted and let cool.
  4. Mix in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
  5. Add the flour and salt, stirring gently until no dry bits remain.
  6. Incorporate ¾ cup of M&M’s into the batter.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  8. Top with the remaining ¼ cup of M&M’s, pressing them down lightly.
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool for about 30 minutes before lifting out and slicing into squares.
