Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Funfetti Cake Mix
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 Can of Frosting
  • Candy Melts (Various Colors)
  • Lollipop Sticks
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the cake mix package instructions. Grease your 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the Funfetti cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake according to package instructions.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
  5. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  6. Add the frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until moldable.
  7. Shape small balls from the mixture, about 1 inch in diameter.
  8. Melt the candy melts according to the package instructions.
  9. Dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted candy before inserting it into each cake ball.
  10. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy and coat with sprinkles while still wet.
  11. Allow the cake pops to set upright in a stand.
