- 1 Box of Funfetti Cake Mix
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Can of Frosting
- Candy Melts (Various Colors)
- Lollipop Sticks
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the cake mix package instructions. Grease your 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Combine the Funfetti cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake according to package instructions.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
- Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
- Add the frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until moldable.
- Shape small balls from the mixture, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Melt the candy melts according to the package instructions.
- Dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted candy before inserting it into each cake ball.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted candy and coat with sprinkles while still wet.
- Allow the cake pops to set upright in a stand.
