- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl using an electric mixer for about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients gradually to the wet mixture and mix just until no flour remains visible.
- Fold in the marshmallow fluff gently.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
