Instructions
- Blend the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and cinnamon, stirring gently to combine.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips or chia seeds if desired.
- Portion tablespoon-sized dollops onto a lined baking sheet, flattening slightly.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
