Description
Delicate, buttery lobster tails infused with rich garlic and bright citrus, easily prepared at home in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 4 medium lobster tails (5–6 oz each)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Thaw the lobster tails completely if frozen.
- Use kitchen shears to slice lengthwise down the top of the shell.
- Gently pull the lobster meat up and over the shell, leaving it attached at the base.
- Pat the lobster meat dry with a paper towel.
- Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat and stir in the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and parsley to the garlic butter. Mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up, and brush generously with garlic butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
- Optionally, broil for the last 1-2 minutes to brown the tops.
- Garnish with extra parsley and paprika before serving.
Notes
Store leftover garlic butter in the fridge for up to 2 days. Avoid overcooking the lobster to maintain tenderness.
