Delicious and juicy garlic butter lobster tails that are broiled to perfection.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each lobster shell lengthwise to expose the meat. Pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and generously brush them with the garlic butter.
- Broil in the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
