Description

A comforting dish of seared steak bites and tender zucchini, all enveloped in rich garlic butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut into chunks
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbling gently.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant but not burnt.
  3. Sear the steak pieces, seasoned with salt and pepper, for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the zucchini chunks and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Allow steak to rest before cooking for a better sear. Avoid overcrowding the skillet for optimal results.
