Description
A comforting dish of seared steak bites and tender zucchini, all enveloped in rich garlic butter.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into chunks
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbling gently.
- Sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant but not burnt.
- Sear the steak pieces, seasoned with salt and pepper, for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the zucchini chunks and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Allow steak to rest before cooking for a better sear. Avoid overcrowding the skillet for optimal results.
