- Clear liquid hand soap or clear dish soap (thick type for slow motion)
- Glow-in-the-dark glitter or fine glitter in spooky colors (orange, green, black)
- Glow-in-the-dark paint (optional, for stronger glow)
- Small, light Halloween items (plastic spiders, bats, googly eyes, or glow beads)
- Hot glue or super glue (to seal the lid)
Instructions
- Fill your clear bottle about one-third to halfway with clear soap.
- Add a few drops of glow-in-the-dark paint (optional) and swirl gently to mix it.
- Sprinkle in your glow glitter and add small Halloween items that float.
- Slowly top off the bottle with warm water, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top.
- Screw on the lid and shake gently; adjust by adding more water or soap as needed.
- Seal the bottle with hot glue or super glue around the neck threads and tighten the lid.
- Charge the bottle under a bright light for several minutes, then enjoy the glow in a dark room.
