Description

A fresh and healthy meal, these Greek Chicken Bowls are packed with flavor from grilled chicken, fresh veggies, feta, and tzatziki.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 Cucumber, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 1 Red onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, chopped
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Tzatziki sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill or bake the chicken until cooked through, then slice.
  3. Prepare the toppings by chopping cucumber, tomato, red onion, and bell peppers.
  4. Assemble the bowls by placing a serving of cooked chicken over a bed of fresh veggies.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and top with feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.
  6. Serve and enjoy your healthy Greek Chicken Bowls!

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. For more carbs, serve with pita bread or over rice. Store in separate airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
