  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Marinate the seafood: Add shrimp, scallops, and fish to the marinade and toss gently. Let sit for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
