Description

A comforting grilled steak bowl featuring juicy steak and crisp zucchini, topped with a creamy herb sauce. Perfect for family dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Flank, Ribeye, or New York Strip
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard (optional)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Chives or Parsley)
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice or Mashed Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Choose your cut of steak and slice zucchini into rounds or half-moons.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and Dijon mustard. Toss zucchini to coat.
  3. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high temperature.
  5. Grill steak for about 4–6 minutes on each side, adding zucchini during the last few minutes until they’re tender.
  6. In a bowl, mix sour cream or Greek yogurt with fresh herbs.
  7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
  8. Layer rice or mashed potatoes, add grilled zucchini and steak, then drizzle with the creamy herb sauce.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
