- 2 medium zucchinis, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add zucchini and chickpeas, cooking for another 5–7 minutes until zucchini is tender.
- Season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Serve warm.
