Ingredients

  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper

  • 2 Cups Cooked Quinoa
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and place them in a baking dish.
