- 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 5.2 oz Boursin cheese
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, parsley, thyme, and rosemary.
- Spread the cheese mixture over each chicken breast.
- In another bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to adhere.
- Place chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the crust is golden brown.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For meal prepping, prepare the cheese and herb mixture in advance and refrigerate. Can also be made in an air fryer at 380°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
