Description

A comforting dish featuring boneless chicken breasts topped with a creamy Boursin cheese mixture and a crunchy Panko breadcrumb crust, perfect for cozy dinners or special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 5.2 oz Boursin cheese
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, parsley, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture over each chicken breast.
  5. In another bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to adhere.
  7. Place chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For meal prepping, prepare the cheese and herb mixture in advance and refrigerate. Can also be made in an air fryer at 380°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
