Description

A delectable frozen treat combining creamy peanut butter and Greek yogurt, covered in dark chocolate for a nutritious snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • Flaky Sea Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Yogurt Base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth.
  3. Spread Yogurt Layer: Spoon the yogurt mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. Add Chocolate Topping: Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour over yogurt layer.
  5. Freeze: Transfer to the freezer for a minimum of 3-4 hours or overnight.
  6. Cut and Serve: Lift out of the pan and cut into 16-20 bites.
  7. Store: Keep in an airtight freezer-safe container for up to 2-3 weeks.
