Description

Festive, glossy, crunchy, and irresistibly fudgy chocolate truffles perfect for gifting, parties, or Christmas dessert platters.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or crushed cookies
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, or peanuts)
  • 1/4 cup mini holiday M&Ms or round Christmas sprinkles
  • 10 oz chocolate melting wafers (for coating)
  • Extra chopped nuts (for topping)
  • Extra red & green mini M&Ms
  • White round sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips until smooth, then mix in the softened cream cheese and vanilla until creamy. (⏱️ 5 minutes)
  2. Fold in crushed graham crackers, chopped nuts, and mini M&Ms until a thick, scoopable mixture forms. Chill for 20–30 minutes until firm. (⏱️ 30 minutes)
  3. Scoop out heaping teaspoonfuls and roll into balls. Place onto a parchment-lined tray and chill again for 20 minutes. (⏱️ 20 minutes)
  4. Melt the chocolate wafers until glossy. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Set each coated truffle in a candy cup. (⏱️ 10 minutes)
  5. Before the coating sets, garnish each truffle with chopped nuts, 3–5 mini M&Ms, and white round sprinkles. Let set at room temperature or chill for 10 minutes. (⏱️ 10 minutes)

Notes
