- 8 oz (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or crushed cookies
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, or peanuts)
- 1/4 cup mini holiday M&Ms or round Christmas sprinkles
- 10 oz chocolate melting wafers (for coating)
- Extra chopped nuts (for topping)
- Extra red & green mini M&Ms
- White round sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips until smooth, then mix in the softened cream cheese and vanilla until creamy. (⏱️ 5 minutes)
- Fold in crushed graham crackers, chopped nuts, and mini M&Ms until a thick, scoopable mixture forms. Chill for 20–30 minutes until firm. (⏱️ 30 minutes)
- Scoop out heaping teaspoonfuls and roll into balls. Place onto a parchment-lined tray and chill again for 20 minutes. (⏱️ 20 minutes)
- Melt the chocolate wafers until glossy. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Set each coated truffle in a candy cup. (⏱️ 10 minutes)
- Before the coating sets, garnish each truffle with chopped nuts, 3–5 mini M&Ms, and white round sprinkles. Let set at room temperature or chill for 10 minutes. (⏱️ 10 minutes)
