Description

A creamy and festive dessert combining the flavors of sugar cookies and cheesecake, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 ½ cups crushed sugar cookies
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup holiday sprinkles
  • Optional: extra crushed cookies & sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the vanilla and almond extracts until fully blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the cheesecake pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  4. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped topping to make it extra fluffy and light.
  6. Stir in crushed sugar cookies, mini marshmallows, and festive sprinkles.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  8. Top with extra crushed cookies and sprinkles before serving for that magical holiday sparkle!
