Description
This creamy, no-bake tiramisu features layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and rich mascarpone cream, perfect for gatherings or family treats.
Ingredients

- 6 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 3/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 30–36 ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until smooth. Add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Once cool, fold in mascarpone cheese until blended.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in the brewed coffee, then layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Notes
For a boozy version, add Marsala wine, rum, or coffee liqueur to the coffee. Use chilled heavy cream for easier whipping.
