- 300g (about 10 oz) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 200g (about 7 oz) smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
- Fresh green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove the sausage and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil.
- Toss in the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Remove the shrimp and set it aside with the sausage.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet with broccoli and bring to a simmer.
- Return shrimp and sausage to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Prepare the sauce in advance to save time. You can customize the vegetables based on your preference.
