- 4 large ripe yellow peaches, sliced
- 1 cup blackberries
- ¾ cup blueberries
- Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate
- 6 large basil leaves, cut into ribbons
- 1–2 teaspoons honey
- Juice of ½ lime
Instructions
- Wash all berries under cold water. Slice peaches into wedges and remove pomegranate seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds. Add basil ribbons.
- Drizzle honey over the fruit and squeeze lime juice on top.
- Gently toss using tongs to coat everything evenly. Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes before enjoying.
