Description

A refreshing fruit salad featuring peaches, berries, and a hint of basil, drizzled with honey and lime.


Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe yellow peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate
  • 6 large basil leaves, cut into ribbons
  • 12 teaspoons honey
  • Juice of ½ lime

Instructions

  1. Wash all berries under cold water. Slice peaches into wedges and remove pomegranate seeds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds. Add basil ribbons.
  3. Drizzle honey over the fruit and squeeze lime juice on top.
  4. Gently toss using tongs to coat everything evenly. Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes before enjoying.
