Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine melted butter and granulated sugar in a bowl; mix until fully integrated.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring a smooth consistency.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes; let cool.
- Beat cream cheese until creamy in a large mixing bowl.
- Gradually add granulated sugar and mix until fluffy.
- Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each.
- Incorporate sour cream and heavy cream, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in melted chocolate until fully blended.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over cooled brownie layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes; edges should be set, center slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and leave cheesecake inside to cool slowly.
- Combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and corn syrup over low heat in a saucepan; stir until melted for hot fudge.
- Drizzle hot fudge on cheesecake slices and garnish with whipped cream, nuts, and maraschino cherries before serving.
