Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 8 ounces Kataifi Pastry
  • 8 ounces White Chocolate
  • ½ cup Pistachio Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cream together the sugar and olive oil in another bowl until fluffy.
  4. Introduce the eggs one at a time, adding the vanilla extract with the last egg.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Cool the cake completely before removing it from the pan.
  8. Prepare the filling by melting the white chocolate and folding it into whipped heavy cream and pistachio butter.
  9. For the ganache, heat heavy cream and pour it over chopped white chocolate, then stir until smooth.
  10. Assemble the cake by layering with the pistachio filling and pouring ganache on top.
