Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch round baking pan.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Cream together the sugar and olive oil in another bowl until fluffy.
- Introduce the eggs one at a time, adding the vanilla extract with the last egg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool the cake completely before removing it from the pan.
- Prepare the filling by melting the white chocolate and folding it into whipped heavy cream and pistachio butter.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream and pour it over chopped white chocolate, then stir until smooth.
- Assemble the cake by layering with the pistachio filling and pouring ganache on top.
