- 1 cup Whipped Cream (For serving)
- 1 cup Fresh Berries (For serving)
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce (For drizzling on top)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Pan: Line the loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Blend the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the Eggs: Incorporate the eggs one at a time.
- Pour in the Cream: Gradually add the heavy cream, mixing at low speed.
- Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Slowly sift in the flour and salt, mixing gently.
- Fill the Pan: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Cool: Allow to cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
