Instructions
- Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture: Beat softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and peppermint extract, mixing until combined. Fold in whipped cream.
- Make the Crust: Combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
- Assemble Bites: Line a mini muffin tin with cupcake liners. Press the crust mixture into the liners and fill with cheesecake mixture, smoothing the tops.
- Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer and allow bites to freeze for about 2 hours.
- Decorate: Remove bites from the freezer, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
