  • ½ cup Melted Butter (or vegan butter)

  • ¼ cup Chocolate Syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture: Beat softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and peppermint extract, mixing until combined. Fold in whipped cream.
  2. Make the Crust: Combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Assemble Bites: Line a mini muffin tin with cupcake liners. Press the crust mixture into the liners and fill with cheesecake mixture, smoothing the tops.
  4. Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer and allow bites to freeze for about 2 hours.
