  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and caramelized.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Crumble in the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  5. Drain any excess fat and stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Toast your hamburger buns lightly until golden brown.
