- 4 large Portabella Mushrooms
- 4 pieces Veggie Burgers
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Thawed Spinach
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Portabella caps by cleaning and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Whip together cream cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, feta cheese, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
- Assemble by placing a veggie burger on each mushroom cap and spooning the creamy mixture on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melty and mushrooms are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
