Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
