Ingredients

- 1 lb Pork Tenderloin, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 2 wedges Lemon
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and thyme to create a marinade.
- Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized chunks and add to the marinade, tossing to coat. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or cast iron over medium heat.
- Add the marinated pork bites in a single layer and cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and squeeze lemon juice over the pork before serving.
Notes
You can marinate the pork ahead of time for deeper flavor. Experiment with herbs or chili flakes for customization.
