Ingredients

  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low carb wraps or lettuce leaves for wrapping

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they soften.
  3. Toss in the thinly sliced beef, cooking for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in shredded provolone cheese until melted.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture into low carb wraps or lettuce leaves and roll tightly.
