- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Low carb wraps or lettuce leaves for wrapping
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they soften.
- Toss in the thinly sliced beef, cooking for 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded provolone cheese until melted.
- Spoon the beef mixture into low carb wraps or lettuce leaves and roll tightly.
