Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Add the soy sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
