Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add the soy sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Use lean ground beef to avoid excess grease. Adjust soy sauce to your taste.
