- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in lemon juice and zest.
- Whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth it out.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before glazing.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled blondies, then cut into squares.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days. Can be frozen for up to three months.
