- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into a greased baking dish to form a crust.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, egg, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
