Description

These festive no-bake Christmas cake balls are pure holiday magic! Soft, creamy, and dipped in sweet white chocolate — they taste just like the classic Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes but in bite-sized form.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
  • Red and green sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Place the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes in a large mixing bowl and crumble them using a fork or your hands until fine and soft.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until smooth and well combined — the texture should resemble a thick dough that holds together easily.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the white chocolate according to package directions. Using a fork, dip each chilled cake ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Shake off any excess and place back on parchment paper.
  5. Immediately top each coated cake ball with red and green sprinkles before the chocolate sets. Chill for another 10–15 minutes until firm.

Notes

  • Perfect for gifting, dessert trays, or a cozy holiday movie night treat!
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • Customize with different sprinkles or chocolate coatings.
