Description
These festive no-bake Christmas cake balls are pure holiday magic! Soft, creamy, and dipped in sweet white chocolate — they taste just like the classic Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes but in bite-sized form.
Ingredients
Scale
- 5 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (vanilla or chocolate)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 10 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
- Red and green sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Place the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes in a large mixing bowl and crumble them using a fork or your hands until fine and soft.
- Add the softened cream cheese and mix until smooth and well combined — the texture should resemble a thick dough that holds together easily.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the white chocolate according to package directions. Using a fork, dip each chilled cake ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Shake off any excess and place back on parchment paper.
- Immediately top each coated cake ball with red and green sprinkles before the chocolate sets. Chill for another 10–15 minutes until firm.
Notes
- Perfect for gifting, dessert trays, or a cozy holiday movie night treat!
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
- Customize with different sprinkles or chocolate coatings.
