Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and dice the mangoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Dice the red bell pepper and finely chop the red onion.
- Combine the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion.
- Add the Heat: Depending on your spice preference, add the minced chili peppers to the bowl.
