Scale
  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  2. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F.
  3. Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry and place them skin-side up in a baking dish.
  4. Apply the Glaze: Pour half the glaze over the chicken.
  5. Roast the Chicken: Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Reapply the Glaze: Spoon the remaining glaze over each piece.
  7. Finish Roasting: Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 175°F.
  8. Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate chicken for up to 24 hours. Drying chicken is crucial for crispy skin.
