Description

A delightful dish that combines the sweetness of maple syrup with the spicy kick of Sriracha, all enveloping beautifully roasted cauliflower.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Gently add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the coated florets on a rimmed baking sheet, ensuring they are in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Cut cauliflower and store in the fridge for up to two days. Mix glaze separately for freshness. Can also be prepared in an air fryer with a reduced cooking time.
