- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Gently add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat.
- Spread the coated florets on a rimmed baking sheet, ensuring they are in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Cut cauliflower and store in the fridge for up to two days. Mix glaze separately for freshness. Can also be prepared in an air fryer with a reduced cooking time.
