- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add the shredded cabbage, soy sauce, brown sugar substitute, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions before serving.
