- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until silky and lump-free (1 minute).
- In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream to stiff peaks (3–4 minutes).
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy (1 minute).
- Add rainbow sprinkles and fold lightly to keep bright streaks without bleeding colors (30 seconds).
- Spread the filling evenly into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight (6 hours).
- Before serving, pipe whipped cream swirls on top and finish with extra sprinkles for a festive touch (2 minutes).
