  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Make the mousse: In another bowl, beat together the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this into the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly over the crust.
  4. Create the ganache: Heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips, and stir until melted.
  5. Combine layers: Pour the ganache over the mousse layer, spreading smoothly.
  6. Chill and set: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
