- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your 9×13-inch pan.
- Make the mousse: In another bowl, beat together the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this into the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly over the crust.
- Create the ganache: Heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips, and stir until melted.
- Combine layers: Pour the ganache over the mousse layer, spreading smoothly.
- Chill and set: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Notes
Customize by adding fruits or drizzling caramel over the ganache. Ensure to soften cream cheese before mixing to avoid lumps.
