- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup pecan pie filling
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Arrange a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish, covering the base.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers evenly.
- Drizzle half of the pecan pie filling on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans over the filling.
- Repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients.
- Top with additional chopped pecans if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
