Description

A delightful dessert that layers creamy filling and crunchy pecans between graham crackers, offering a no-bake twist on classic pecan pie.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup pecan pie filling

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Arrange a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish, covering the base.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers evenly.
  5. Drizzle half of the pecan pie filling on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans over the filling.
  7. Repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients.
  8. Top with additional chopped pecans if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
