Instructions

- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm enough to handle.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the cheesecake mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in extra crushed peppermint candies or cookie crumbs, then place them on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
