No Bake Peppermint White Chocolate Cheesecakes are a creamy, festive dessert that combines the flavors of peppermint and white chocolate, topped with a crunchy Oreo crust.

- 12 regular size original Oreos
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 8 Tbsp powdered sugar, divided
- 4 oz white baking chocolate
- 10 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- Red food coloring, optional
- Mini Oreos and more white chocolate, optional
- Candy canes, for decoration
Instructions
- Make the Oreo crust by pulsing the Oreos in a food processor until they are fine crumbs. Combine with melted butter.
- Press about 2 1/2 tablespoons of the Oreo mixture into six serving cups to form an even layer.
- Melt the white chocolate according to the package instructions and allow it to cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form, then refrigerate.
- In another bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the remaining 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar and peppermint extract, then incorporate the cooled white chocolate.
- Optionally tint half of the mixture with red food coloring for added festive color.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture until just combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
Notes
- For a more festive look, use mini Oreos and additional melted white chocolate for topping.
- Chill the cheesecakes for a few hours before serving to help them set properly.
