Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar. Drizzle in melted butter and stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Divide evenly among jars and press down firmly.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth, about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Assemble the Layers: Evenly distribute the cream cheese filling over the crusts in each jar, smoothing tops with a spatula. Chill jars in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Add the Strawberries: Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake layer in each jar, pressing lightly to embed.
  5. Chill Before Serving: Allow jars to chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or up to overnight. Garnish with additional strawberries if desired.
