- 200 g Green Olives (Castelvetrano or Manzanilla)
- 150 g Feta Cheese (block feta in brine)
- 100 g Cream Cheese (room temperature)
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 Roasted Red Pepper (chopped)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- ½ tsp Chili Flakes (optional)
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 Green Olives (for garnish)
- Drizzle of Olive Oil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients, ensuring the cream cheese is at room temperature.
- Combine green olives, feta cheese, and cream cheese in a food processor; pulse until smooth.
- Add extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice; blend until well incorporated.
- Add roasted red pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper; pulse a few more times.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with green olives and olive oil.
Notes
Chill the dip for a couple of hours for flavors to meld. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
