Instructions

  1. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Beat the egg in a separate bowl and mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies without overmixing.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and grease lightly.
  6. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles appear, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Prepare the cream cheese drizzle by beating together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, adding milk as needed.
