Instructions
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl and mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir to combine.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies without overmixing.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles appear, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the cream cheese drizzle by beating together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, adding milk as needed.
