- 2 bananas, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Spread 2 tbsp peanut butter on each tortilla. Arrange banana slices over half the surface, then fold tortillas in half.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place folded quesadillas in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and slightly crisp.
- Slice into wedges. Drizzle with yogurt and honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon and crushed nuts or granola if desired.
