Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, and milk. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Allow it to boil for exactly one minute before removing it from the heat.
- Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the mixture is smooth.
- Add in the rolled oats and mix thoroughly until all oats are coated.
- Spoon out dollops onto wax paper and let them cool completely until they firm up.
