Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, and milk. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Allow it to boil for exactly one minute before removing it from the heat.
  2. Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add in the rolled oats and mix thoroughly until all oats are coated.
  4. Spoon out dollops onto wax paper and let them cool completely until they firm up.
